In Congress, Adam Schiff did more to sound the alarm on non-existent collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump than any other.
Like any true believer, even after his conspiracy has crashed and burned, he’s doubling down. “My colleagues might think it’s ok that the Russians offered dirt on the Democratic candidate for president as part of what’s described as the Russian government’s effort to help the Trump campaign,” Schiff said following the news that no further charges would arise from Mueller’s special counsel. “My colleagues might think it’s ok that when that was offered to the son of the president, who had a pivotal role in the campaign, that the son did not call the FBI, he did not adamantly refuse that foreign help — no, instead that son said he would “love” the help with the Russians……You might think it’s ok…. I don’t.”
Apparently, Mueller did think it was ok, because it wasn’t as Schiff describes.
Instead of asking Schiff to concede that he was wrong – President Trump is telling him he should resign. As reported by Bongino.com:
President Trump reiterated similar comments he made last night during an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, writing, “Congressman Adam Schiff, who spent two years knowingly and unlawfully lying and leaking, should be forced to resign from Congress!”
Congressman Adam Schiff, who spent two years knowingly and unlawfully lying and leaking, should be forced to resign from Congress!

Last night on Hannity, Trump called Schiff a “disgrace to our country.”
“In one way you could say it’s a crime what he did,” Trump said, “because … he was making horrible statements that he knew were false.
“He would go on, night after night, talking about collusion — the collusion delusion,” the President continued.
While Schiff won’t resign – he’s more of an asset than a liability to Republicans at this point.
