Multiple officials have identified the driver who ran down and murdered pedestrians Tuesday in New York City, killing 8 and injuring 12 more, as 29 year-old Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov.
The killings have been confirmed as a Radical Islamic terror attack. ISIS is reportedly celebrating.

After striking several people, witnesses say he “crashed deliberately into a school bus carrying at least three children,” CNBC reports.
