So here’s the scoop. As you may remember, he testified UNDER OATH to Congress last week that he handed over the Trump memos to the FBI and given a copy to his friend whom he had leak the material to the press. A really idiotic and stunning story in itself. But now, as of this evening, he is reportedly claiming he DELETED the original copies of the memos and the man he gave copies to has gone into hiding.
So where are the memos Comey? Did they ever exist? Do they still exist now?
If Comey testified to handing over the memos to the FBI and is now changing his story, he could be in HUGE trouble! Perjury, destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice, just to name three things off the top of my head!
