BREAKING: Colin Kaepernick Files Suit Against NFL, Says It’s Trump’s Fault He Isn’t Playing
In the most egregious move by an NFL player since Brett Favre called the commissioner to “work something out,” Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the league.
Kaep’s lawyer is also attacking President Trump, implicating the commander-in-chief for controversy that begin well before he was elected President.
Kaepernick’s attorney Mark Geragos has filed suit under the players’ collective bargaining agreement claiming that NFL owners have colluded to keep him the controversial QB out of pro football.

More from Breitbart:
Geragos also claimed that the former San Francisco 49ers second string quarterback had attempted to pursue “every possible avenue with NFL teams and their executives.”
The lawyer then tried to link Kaepernick’s case to larger societal issues, saying, “Such a precedent (of collusion) threatens all patriotic Americans and hearkens back to our darkest days as a nation. Protecting all athletes from such collusive conduct is what compelled Mr. Kaepernick to file his grievance.”
Will the NFL kneel before this political blackmail?
