Heading into the 2020 presidential race, never-Trumpers will be put on the spot, once again. The Democratic Party is exiting stage-left, leaving moderates behind. The only alternative to Donald Trump is full-on radical socialist identity politics.
Understandably, before the 2016 election, there were plenty of questions about how President Trump would govern, among others: whom he would nominate for SCOTUS, would he cut regulations, and how the economy would react to his administration being in power. Well, any Americans who were worried definitely have their answer: “promises made, promises kept.”
President @realDonaldTrump has seen significant success with remaking the federal courts
-At the federal district court level, the Senate approved more than 50 of Trump’s picks
– He nominated TWO Supreme Court Justices– Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaughhttps://t.co/Fdfstv284G— Washington Examiner (@dcexaminer) March 12, 2019
Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, 100 circuit court judges, thousands of regulations repealed, US energy independent, ISIS destroyed, massive tax cuts, lowest ever black, latino, disabled unemployment, embassy to Jerusalem, Iran deal cancelled, and Wall being built

Take a look at this story, written for The Federalist, by an attorney who practically held his nose while voting for Trump:
“It’s a damn shame I have to wait another 20 months to vote for President Trump. I wish I could do it now. Twice. Or better yet, in as many jurisdictions as I can. Preferably in every swing district and every swing state.
Yeah, yeah, I know — sadly, I can’t. It’s been a hell of a ride these past couple of years, and I sure hope it doesn’t end next November.
I am a middle-of-the-road Republican who voted for Trump with the utmost reluctance in 2016. He sure wasn’t perfect. He was no Cicero, either––though he can give a decent speech when the chips are down. He had a few extra skeletons rattling in his closet, especially compared to colorless non-entities like Jeb. So yeah, I was queasy about voting for an ex-registered-Democrat-from-New-York-and-possible-liberal-now-turned-Republican.
Was I worried? Hell, yeah! Was I depressed? You bet. But, really, what options were there? Hillary? Jill Stein? Seriously? Trump wasn’t my first choice or my second choice or my third choice, but by the time November 2016 rolled around, Trump was the only choice on the menu. So I swallowed hard, took a leap of faith, and pulled the lever for the Donald.”
This man can certainly be characterized as a moderate Republican, someone who very well could have stayed home in 2016. But, he didn’t, and he will be returning to the polls to vote for Trump in 2020 precisely because of the radicalization of the mainstream Democratic Party:
“And let me tell ya, every time one of these newly minted Democratic “stars” opens their mouth, the same thought goes through my mind: Thank God for Trump. Trump is my last line of defense. Trump is the only thing that stands between me and these hallucinogenic socialist nut jobs. Trump is what’s keeping chaos and left-wing insanity at bay.”
The Washington Examiner lists an almost never-ending stream of socialist policies the Dems are hell-bent on enshrining into law. It just goes to show you those who are on the fence about Trump that failing to make him a two-term president will have disastrous consequences for our nation:
“Democrats would support nationalizing everything from universal paid family leave to the job-killing $15 minimum wage, which the National Federation of Independent Business warns would cost 119,000 jobs and $89 billion in lost economic output. They would promise ‘free’ college tuition and college debt forgiveness for around 44 million borrowers. Some, such as Sens. Kamala Harris of California, Cory Booker of New Jersey, and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, would support reparations to the descendants of slaves.
Democrats promised “free” healthcare through Medicare For All. A party that not long ago assured voters that their insurance plans were safe now openly campaigned on the promise of ending private insurance and throwing everyone into a centralized government bureaucracy. ‘Let’s eliminate all of that,’ Harris told CNN’s Jake Tapper. ‘Let’s move on.’
Warren’s confiscatory ‘ wealth tax,’ could necessitate Americans being forced to liquidate assets since it’s based on accumulated wealth, was cheered by the Left. As was the 70 percent top income tax bracket for the wealthy.
Now, it would be unfair to accuse Democrats of wanting to control the means of production. At this point they’ve only proposed that the state run the healthcare, energy, and education sectors. The Green New Deal, a brainchild of #Resistance favorite Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, would not only be the biggest effective tax hike ever instituted in the history of the world, but ridding America of 90 percent of its affordable, efficient, and predominant energy sources would necessitate a giant, coercive government project that would bring unprecedented intrusions into everyday life. Nearly every Democratic Party presidential hopeful supported the aims of that plan.”
Whether voters fall into the category of never-Trump or not, this upcoming election is crucial. The Democrats are coming for everything our founding fathers fought for and built for this nation. Their wisdom and foresight forever encapsulated in the U.S. Constitution is under attack.
Who stands in the way of the path to destruction? The American people. We decide. We have a voice. Republicans need to get out and show their fellow citizens what the country is up against; people need to see the machine that is aligned against President Trump, who fights on behalf of all Americans. And finally, the truth needs to continue to come out regarding the left’s plan to burn America’s foundation to the ground.
If voters need a clear picture of what the current state of the Democratic Party is and what they stand for, they can look directly into the cold, soulless eyes of the “fresh faces” of Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). These women now represent mainstream Democratic Party values:
